Accent and Cove Lighting

Accent and Cove lighting are forms of indirect lighting that are produced by LED sources concealed within ledges of walls and ceilings.

Accent and Cove lighting provide dynamic points of visual interest and display lighting for any building while significantly reducing the GHG emission footprint and energy consumption  compared to a comparable halogen lighting application. They are also used to produce aesthetically pleasing light distribution across different surfaces and to create a certain mood in an area.

Some things you should ask yourself when planning to install Accent and/or Cove Lighting are:

• What is your desired brightness? This will determine what product to use, as well as how much.
• What is the depth of your cove? This will determine how bright of a light source you need.
