Standard terms are Net 30 Days, and only apply to established customers. All orders are subject to acceptance by LED Flex Lighting Company. Orders are accepted only at our corporate office in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. Possession of a Distributor Price List does not entitle the bearer to wholesale net prices or the purchase of the LED Flex Lighting product lines. Shipments will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of order acceptance and are subject to change.
Minimum Order: For United States, Canada and Mexico minimum order is $1500.00. Orders less than $1500.00 will incur a $100.00 handling charge. For all other orders, minimum order is $2500.00. Orders less than $2500.00 will not be accepted.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All shipments are F.O.B. Factory unless otherwise specified.

On orders for shipment within the contiguous 48 states totaling $10,000.00, no shipping or handling charges are applied for surface freight. Method of shipping is at the discretion of LED Flex Lighting. All back orders will be shipped according to the terms of the original order. If expedited freight is needed, LED Flex Lighting will prepay the charges and bill the distributor.
Canada & Puerto Rico Freight Policy: Freight prepaid $2,500 or more.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES

All claims for shortages or errors must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. Claims for in-transit damages must be made with the delivering carrier.

OPEN ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION

Prior credit approval and authorization for open account status must be received before new accounts are accepted. New accounts are only accepted at our corporate office in Halifax, NS Canada. A completed credit application, including complete bank information and three current commercial credit references with names and addresses, must be submitted to LED Flex Lighting Credit Department. Application forms may be obtained by contacting your sales representative. An initial minimum order with a net value of $15,000.00 is required to open a credit account.

WARRANTY

LED Flex LIghting . warrants that it will repair or furnish without charge, a similar product to replace any product which, within the specified warranty term after the date of sale by the Wholesaler, is proved to the satisfaction of LED Flex Lighting Company, to have been defective at the time it was sold. Said warranty is in effect only when said item is used in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of LED Flex Lighting Company.

This warranty applies only to products which, after shipment from the factory, have not been altered, changed, repaired or treated in any manner whatsoever.

This warranty to repair or replace is the only warranty either expressed, implied or statutory and is the only warranty being issued herein; LED Flex Lighting Co. liability in connection with its products is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. All other damages and warranties, statutory or otherwise, are being expressly excluded.

No representative of LED Flex Lighting Co.. has authority to change this warranty in any manner whatsoever. And no attempt to repair or promise to repair or improve any part covered by this warranty by any representative of this company shall be effective unless signed by a properly authorized officer of LED Flex Lighting Co.

OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCTS

Do not send any product for repair, without following the Return Policy and Procedure herein.

Return Goods Policy
All pre-approved returns must have a completed Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form (located here in) and the RGA number must be printed on the outside of the package or it may be returned to you. No credit will be authorized on the following claims:

• Returns out of Warranty (expired or void)
• Returns without proper authorization number
• Invalid or non-current part number
• Special Order items
• Non-LED Flex Lighting Items – products supplied by others

Credit or exchange will be issued upon LED Flex Lighting Co. inspection and approval.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. LED Flex Lighting Co. reserves the right of final approval on all returns.

Return Goods Procedure:

Please complete the RGA form and fax it to LED Flex Lighting Co. at (902) 442-2312. RGA forms can be acquired by clicking here or requesting one from Customer Service. Upon review and approval, you will be notified via fax, email or telephone of the appropriate action:

1. For Field Scrap & Credit Items – You will be informed of the Credit amount and RGA number (for your reference). No need to return any product to LED Flex Lighting Co.
2. For Repair/ Replace/ Return Items (both in Warranty and out of Warranty) – Place a copy of the completed Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form (make sure RGA# is on form) and a copy of the original invoice for the items you are returning. Be sure to write the RGA # on top of the package you are returning. The package must be sent prepaid. Product(s) are subject to inspection.

STOCK ADJUSTMENTS for CREDIT

Requests for stock adjustment returns must comply with the above return policy. All stock adjustment returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 35% of the price, 50% for custom length products.
Items that are to be returned must be items listed in the most recent published price sheet (no obsolete or discontinued items), and must comply with the RETURN POLICY requirements, and must be in new and saleable condition. If not, additional restocking charges may apply at the discretion of LED Flex Lighting Co. and said charges will be deducted from any credit issued. Discontinued items are not returnable.

To initiate a stock adjustment return, please fax the completed RGA form to Customer Service at (902) 442-2312. Upon review of the list of products to be returned, an RGA number will be issued for those items LED Flex Lighting Co. deemed acceptable. Only items approved on the RGA are returnable. Any other unauthorized items that are returned against the approved RGA will be disposed of with no credit payable.
